The Great Glen Paddle returns in 2016 for a third time – combining the opportunity to paddle coast-to-coast and compete against some of the best in the sport with the breath-taking scenery of the Scottish Highlands, the challenge has been set.

150 paddlers are required for the GGP to be confirmed and to proceed this year – sign-up for the event is available under the “Enter Now” page.

A list of current entrants will be periodically updated and available to view on that page so that participants can track who has confirmed and how many people are currently entered. Please call us on 0191 603 0754  (once you have confirmed your entry) should you wish for your name to be anonymised in this list.



Canoe/Kayak Hire For those wishing to take part who do not have a suitable craft, we will be partnering with a local hirers who will be able to supply entry level standard craft for the event.

For those brave enough to add Camping to their adventure we have teamed up with two campsites along the route: – Fort Augustus – Drumnadrochit

Both of these sites are within walking distance of the challenge route and crews booking in with them should advise them that they are with the challenge so that we can group everybody together. Whether crews wish to stay one night at each or stop still for 2 nights, both sites have hot showers and great amenities on their doorstep.
